What’s the story in the Rhondda?

The Centre for Community Journalism at Cardiff University is looking for a team of people passionate about the Rhondda to lead a new local news service. We think it’s exciting stuff so here’s a message from them with details on how to get involved.

What’s the story in the Rhondda?

Are you interested in local news and views? Do you feel that there should be more of a local voice in the Rhondda? Have you got a talent or a yearning for writing; filming or taking photos; digital media; or for knowing what’s going on and wanting to share it? Would you like to be part of a new venture to create news and information for the local community?

Cardiff University’s Centre for Community Journalism is setting up a new local news service in the Rhondda and we want to hear from you. We’ll provide the training, development and support.
